1. Information we collect
We collect: your email (for sign-in), uploaded audio (deleted after 24-72 hours depending on plan), and usage events (minutes transcribed, IP hash for rate-limit, page views via Google Analytics).
2. How we use it
To run the transcription service, enforce quota, send transactional email (Magic Link, completion), and analyze aggregate usage to improve the product.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Sub-processors who help us run the service:
- Cloudflare (hosting, R2 storage, DNS) - Groq, fal.ai, Replicate (transcription) - Anthropic, OpenAI (AI summaries — transcript text only, no email) - AssemblyAI (speaker diarization) - Resend (transactional email) - PayPal (subscription billing) - Sentry (error monitoring — no transcript content, emails masked) - Google Analytics (aggregate, IP anonymized)
4. Storage
Audio: 24 hours (guest), 72 hours after transcription (free/pro). Transcripts: 24 hours (guest), 30 days (free), forever (pro) unless you delete.
5. Your rights
You can export, delete, or correct your data in Settings → Data. EU/UK users: GDPR rights apply.
