2. Acceptable use
Don't transcribe content you don't have rights to share. Don't use the service to harass, defame, or violate laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
3. Subscriptions
Pro is billed monthly or yearly via PayPal. Cancel anytime; access continues until the current period ends. Refunds within 30 days of first purchase, no questions asked.
4. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but make no warranty. Transcription quality depends on audio quality, accent, and language — we do not guarantee perfect output.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
